College & Career Advising

The College and Career Advisor, Lisa Falsetti, is responsible for the following areas:

Coordinates with Foothill College class on campus
Creates and maintains all Individual Learning Plans (ILP’s)
Using the ILP and individual meetings, keeps students informed of their progress towards graduation
Provides support to Advisory teachers
When needed, meets with parents to develop action plans for students
Organize FAFSA workshops
Arranges for college and career speakers
Provides Career Interest Inventories to students exploring career possibilities
Helps students research post secondary options
Work Experience Education Program (WEEP)
