Alta Vista High School is a student-oriented school where student achievement, safety and well-being guides our decision making. AVHS administrators and MVLA trustees create and implement strategic plans for the both the short- and long-term needs of our high school.
AVHS plans focus on academics, facilities to support exemplary education, meeting the individual and collective needs of students. Our school planning involves, but is not limited to, academic achievement, district boundaries and schedules, enrollment forecasting, and staffing. With thoughtful, effective plans, our school district staff maintains a consistent commitment to supporting student success.
